Because our products are digital downloads, we generally maintain a strict no-refund policy.


Why No Refund?

Once the ebook or digital 5 Ebook is delivered:

  • It cannot be “returned”
  • It can be copied or stored
  • Access cannot be reversed

Therefore, all purchases are considered final.


Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refund may be considered only if:

  • Duplicate payment was made
  • Technical error prevented product delivery
  • Payment was charged but product access was not provided

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.


Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback after receiving product access will result in:

  • Permanent account ban
  • Legal recovery process (if applicable)
